Far lower in nutrients but amounting to the same calories & less likely to keep you feeling fuller for longer
Weight Loss = calorie deficit unless you significantly increase your exercise.
When dieting, volume foods are SO important but not only that,
You NEEED micronutrients even more because you're in a calorie deficit.
Just because you're eating in a deficit to lose fat, does not mean you need to go hungry!
It's all about making smarter choices!
