Meal one:- vanilla protein oats with blueberries
Snack one:- yogurt and strawberries with blueberries flavour drops
Meal two:- tofu scramble on toast (tofu, tomatoes, seasoning, spinach)
Snack two:- baked beans and toast
Meal three:- soy chickpeas with broccoli, spinach and avocado
Snack three:- chocolate protein smoothie with granola (banana, soya milk, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder)
