Who doesn't love carbs?! It may be my favourite macronutrient So here is a look at 50g of carbs looks like from 6 different sources. The pasta, oats and granola are more complex sources of carbs and are quite filling. The fruit then offers more simple carb sources (sugar) but also fibre and micronutrients
Depending on your goals, you may not need to weight out your food but it's always nice to be aware and have an idea of what you're eating! Which is your favourite?
