It was quite funny, when you made mention in ur post that "a man in hospital still try to keep tab of his business" Man must wark.. Any dulling will make ur competitors will overtake you, so is very hard handing over ur business to workers, u wont still get rest of mind because you know what it took to get to d level it is now. But ur right in every sense that "health is wealth"

That is just it. Well i guess they refuse to reason that if they die someone else might take over that business. Tge prroblem most times is lack of trust on workers. If they do it would not be like that. Thanks for your contribution.
