Haha, wish it was a program. Honestly just stopped drinking and eat way less junk food. No more burgers, chocolates, chips, and sodas. If I think it's bad for me it probably is. I still enjoy eating delicious food in restaurants though. No point in not enjoying lovely food every once in a while. Thanks for the kind words =)
