Hey Self-Helper and #steemians !    

Whenever we look to make any change in our lives it's important to learn how to make the transformation in our minds first. Learning how to develop a fitness mindset is where it all starts.   Whatever your fitness goals are, knowing why you are getting motivated and why you wish to stay motivated along the process of your transformation is key. 

Everyone wants to have their body, but they fall victim to boredom, laziness, demotivation because you haven't got your results. Mental stability and tuning your thoughts and actions in different situations while training are going to be instrumental long term.  


I personally have struggled to make this a lifestyle. That's why I'm a learner along with you on this journey. Everyone is concerned with the before and after. One thing that is going to help you is the entire process. Remember, everything is not always a means to an end. 

You need to see what you become through the process.  Dream of the outcome you want to see. It may be that you've been mentally weak or felt weak in the past. Working out regularly and making slow and steady changes towards achieving your goal will benefit you in so many ways! You'll find yourself more confident, feel and function better. You'll be more attractive to others (of course there's more to attraction than a great body) and finally it adds to your overall personality.  

Eventually, by going through this and coming out on the other side, know that the change needs to be lasting and your have to stay changed for that mental toughness is key. Yes, you put in the effort to transform. But never forget where you came from. That's the person you want to never go back to. You are a constant work of improvement. So don't ever settle and keep going towards achieving what you're worth.
