Until there are controlled studies about the link of meat and "bad stuff" I would say you are right in not skipping those for breakfast. If you ask someone what do they eat every day, and turns out they have dementia because they get their sausaces in the breakfast I would say that is a very long shot. It could be the drinking they take, the smokes, the bloody sugar they ingest. But naw men, is the meat, by averages.
No, take a nice number of people, seclude them, and meat the hell out of them (pun not intended) during a reasonable time. Now that is an interesting data to see. Which of course, vegetarians won't like.
