I ate more animal fat yesterday and suddenly today I felt amazing

I tried this 3 times so far and so far so great. The fear of saturated fat is something that I don't believe in and I believe there is no strong link between this and heart disease. Only studies that does not take other variables into consideration say this. Protein also helps me with recovery.

The picture above is the curry I was having ome of the times. This was beef with meet but also fat. Other times I ate some butter. Both made me feel great. I notice how good it feels especially day after a gym session. Normally I would be very tired but eating the fat really reduces the tiredness.
