High Heel Effect.
High heels have the stigma of being bad for health and comfort.
Studies have show that these towering shoes can be costly in more ways than one, taking their toll on your hips, spine knees, ankles and feet while altering your posture.
According to study " It is not unusal for people who spend lots of time in high heels to have back, neck and shoulder pain because the shoes disrupts the natural form of the body ".
Todays life is so busy that we don't have time for ourselves. During work we usually don't have enough physical movements of back and lower portion.
Few tips which can help in relaxing the pain. During breaks in our day:
- By circular movement of feet can relax the calf muscles. Structurally the plantar fascia in the foot is connect to calf muscle, which inturn is connected to hamstring.
- Bend forward and try to grab the toes. ( If neede to bend the toes, i.e., OK ).
- Stand on feet and try to raise on toes, repeat the process for 15 - 20 times, it will strech the calf muscles.
