I threw my back out during the Christmas holidays. It eventually got better, but towards the end of a long work week, I’ll still get some back pain and this months later! I’ve never had any long term issues with back pain before this. If it doesn’t start to improve soon, I may have to consider trying a chiropractor for the first time.

There's about 500 of them in the U.S. that use this type of treatment. I've never been to a traditional one (the back crackers so to speak) but I know people who have and most of them have good things to say.
If you can find one that uses this type of tech they usually give you a free evaluation and then you can decide if you want to let them treat you, at least mine did. It's pretty affordable and they let people pay monthly if needed. I paid for the whole year up front but not everyone is so fortunate.
I'd definitely get that at least checked out especially if it doesn't improve soon. Spinal problems don't really get better on their own.
Yes, I may go see a chiropractor soon. That works for my wife!
