KEEP YOUR BREATH FRESH.

Mouth odour you will all agree is very discomforting and medically is termed HALITOSIS.I believe everybody should be conscious of his/her breath and the first line of treatment should be SELF CONSCIOUSNESS.
HALITOSIS MAY BE CAUSED BY
1.food remains within tooth gsps that over time has aided bacteria growth that further increase mouth odour.Ensure proper brushing with RIGHT TOOTHBRUSH AND TOOTHPASTE and flossing image.

2.Dry mouth may also make you have bad breath.The saliva serves as the mouth solvent and reduces odour.chew, drink water or eat to ensure saliva secretion.

3.Tongue brushing is very important as it helps reduce disolved food particles that adhere to the tongue and causes mouth odour.
Tongue brushing should be carefully and properly done

.
4.Presence of untreated injury in the mouth, usually a tooth decay, injury to the gum and plagues etc..adequate medicine should be taken to prevent bacteria growth in the mouth and effect quick healing of wounds.

5.presence of some disease conditions e.g sinusitis, stomach ulcer etc..This conditions should be treated and odour will disappear.

6.food or drink consumed may also cause bad breath e.g alcohol and cigarette.should be avoided.

                 QUICK TIPS TO KEEP IT FRESH

  * Use mouth washes.
  *Chew a bubble gum
  * gaggle mouth with clean water

Yes sure....if you feel you have a bad breath and it is not caused by any disease conditions like sinusitis or any internal ulcer then you just get the right toothbrush, the right toothbrush here doesn't necessarily mean the brushes must be very hard atimes something flexible and thin may just be right depending on your dentition.when you have the right toothbrush you need to brush the right way, the right way is brushing every part of your mouth properly and by properly I mean it should be in an up and down process on the front of the teeth and behind after this you give full concentration to the tongue...many people don't know the tongue can contribute to the bad odour well I feel It contributes a great deal to the odour from your mouth so deal with your tongue with a brush properly. If you have any of the disease conditions that can cause mouth odour then get medical attention if you treat it then the odour will go away. When you can't brush and the odour persist then a good mouthwash helps too..I believe mouth odour can be greatly controlled and prevented if you follow the above and you keep conscious of your mouth breath.sometimes keeping the mouth busy help reduce odour since there is saliva secretion
