800 calorie is very tight diet schedule, i think you may feel some lower bp level, but it also help to reduce your weight rather than high calorie gain. You have also problem with hormone and food stuff but it seems you have managed it very well. I think you will be inspiration for the prople.

You are spot on @sheikh27, the changes in my endocrine system threw a barrel full of monkey's into my life. Most of my research and experiments with diet have been tied to adjusting to my lack of estrogen, which has changed my body as much as pruberty changed my body when I was younger.
