Anger is a normal (natural) emotion. Though sometimes it can be unwanted or irrational emotion, but when it get out of control it can be it causes a very destructive or serious problem in one personal life, relationship and work, which you will later regret your actions for.
It is possible anger comes with the reaction of frustration, treat or criticism, its boost an increase in the rate of adrenaline, heart, and blood pressure level and other hormones. Humans and other animal express their anger by loud sounds, staring, and postures of warning to perceived aggressors, teeth bearing in other to threaten or stop their behaviors.

What causes anger?
Anger is a natural emotion which can happen to anyone or response to feeling attacked, rejected, deceived, frustrated or treated unfairly. Anger is part of being human and can sometimes be useful by,
 It motivates us to create change
 It helps us find solution to things that hurt us
 It help us boost our energy to defend ourselves during dangerous situation

Anger become a problem when it begin to create negative impact to you and people around you
Factors that commonly make people angry are:
 Tiredness
 Sexual frustration
 Hunger
 Pain
 Disappointment or a feeling of failure
 Mental illness
 Stress and money problem
 Embarrassment
 Grief and sadness of loss of a member, friend or loved one
 Injustice or being oppressed

Can anger make you ill?
Yes! Anger can make you ill because the body releases stress hormones such as cortisol, adrenaline and non-adrenaline. It also causes you to have blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature and also makes you breathing increases. Constant or regular anger can make people ill because of the constant flood of stress chemical release which will lead to the metabolic changes.
The physical health problem you should expect is
 Hypertension or blood pressure
 Insomnia
 Headaches
 Backaches
 Eating disorder
 Digestion problem
 Stroke
 Heart attack
 Skin disorders
 Self injury
 Impaired immune system

I use get angry regular, and it always affect me physical and materially because am always destroying one or two thing and I have high tendency of getting injured, but ever since I understand what make me angry and how I could control myself things have changed ever since then, this are the few thing I put into practice,
 Identify what makes you angry
 Recognize your anger signs
 Patience
 Endurance
 Learn how to control yourself
 Breathe slowly
 Look for what makes you calm
 Anger management program
