Loofah (PATOLA) vegetable dish

  1. Loofah (patola) has very high fiber.

  2. It's good for the digestion and normalizing the bowel movement.

  3. It can help you control your weight (makes you feel full) and may help lower cholesterol levels. Hence, it is good for you Heart.

Recipe:

Garlic, onion, and a bit of ground chicken.

Add black pepper and a pinch of salt.

Saute loofah (patola) with the ingredients.

You may add Misua if you like.

Garlic and onions in one pot!?.....Thats a big NO...NO for me!..... How does it taste in your mouth?
