Hello Everyone, I will start saying that actually, i must thank my girlfriend for this. So yes Thank you dearly after 2 years i can ensure you were right.
I never abused the medicine use in my life, taking 1 pill for a headache when needed, antibiotics if i was sick and paracetamol or similar for fever.
I was actually sick at least once or twice every year, common cold some stomach issues.
After i met my girl she pushed me against medicine abuse for not serious sickness. So basically i stopped taking everything, except for a fever that reached 39° and a Urinary tract infection for the past two years.
Now i never get sick even if i stick to sick people with Fever or something my body just fight back almost everything.
Of course, i did not stop to take care of myself, i just started using natural remedies like specifical food, herbs roots and homeopathy.
Most people will accuse me to be like a shaman or something but i'm actually explaining you my idea of that wich is actually the idea behind the homeopathy.
The so called traditional medicine inject in us active principles to directly cure our body preventing us from fight back the disease with our own immune system. With Homeopathy or with specific food or herbs we stimulate the reaction of our body to make it stronger and able to fight easier or to heal up in less time.
According to that the point is, what will you choose between a well trained immune system with lot of veterans survived to hundred of fights and a bunch of silly pussies calling mercenaries when needed?
And is well know that antibiotic use tends to lower our immune defenses as well so not just a not well-trained army but even a smaller one.
So before i will suggest some good things do i want to clarify that the medicine abuse is wrong but not using them at all is wrong as well. For serious and critical diseases go to the medic and take same medicines!
Some Gold Rules
- Eat different!
Don't stick always to the same kind of food and try to eat some fruit before every meal.
2.Eat unrefined food
Eat fresh food wich is not passed by many different industrial processes, we are made to eat the full
compendium of an apple or a carrot.
3.Heal common diseases with natural methods.
Use Ginger, honey, orange juice or chili pepper to treat cold or common inflammations.
4.Do Sport.
We are made to move a lot so don't forget about it and have sex, go running or walking and make your body
work properly.
5.Use Homeopathy
Instead of painkillers try to use "mountain arnica" if you get minor hurts.
6.Use google.
Search for natural remedies for minor problems on google, don't do that if you have something that put you in
immediate danger but for everything as close of a cold try new ways
7.Learn patience
For everything time is needed and when you avoid waiting you earn time exchanging it for something else.
For a fever you may be required to sit at home for couple days or if you work maybe you will be sick for even a
week but if you can handle it next time will be better and less durable/painfull.
8.Be regular
Try to eat and sleep at certain times every day, our body like regular behaviors, everything is easier if our body
can prepare for it knowing It's coming.
9.Do not exceed
too much on more or less is always bad, balance your life doing what ever you want without exceed.
You like drinking a lot ? Do it once every couple weeks but avoid an everyday drinking.
10.Remind that we have one body
Don't forget to respect your self, we are not fully replaceble.
