For many, my way of life may seem strict, but it actually has set me free. I am healthy, full of energy, my mind isn't dull and confused, I don't get as moody and frustrated, which is awesome. Who knew that eating the wrong foods could affect the mind? For those women who are in menopause, I no longer get hot flashes, fatigue, migraines, and my thyroid is healthy.

I can follow my passions easily without fatigue or confusion. Plus this is a simple way to live, moderate eating and moderate living.
