The mainstream medical industry is a large one. And that's a fact. There are things that need first hand medical attention, and we can't avoid that. The key here is to utilize the best of both methodologies - mainstream & alternative. And allow for the patient/individual to know that their own health is in their hands and to lead their lives in a way that brings about proper well-being. And not succumbing to illnesses and seeing that as just the way the body is.

That would be incredible. Big pharma won't allow that but if we keep putting the power in the hands of the people - particularly the consumer... we can definitely make that shift.
Glad you see the light in this. There's too much of an analytical and diagnosis type of approach, along which comes a sort of a fitting prescription/treatment. What you say is true, and the consumer or patient would have to not just look at themselves as being reliant to someone else to maintain their health, rather take charge, exercise, eat nutritious meals, have healthy interactions/environments etc. And there wouldn't even be the need to lament on 'having an apple a day'..
YES!!!
The system has programmed us to put our health care in the hands of "experts" and have been slowly taking the means to heal ourselves away right from under our noses.
The body is not parts and pieces, it is whole.
You nailed it!
WOO!
