Great if the studies are true and black seeds deliver the promised effects!
Please be aware that there are thousands of shady snake oil products out there. I'm not comparing black seeds with them, just want to raise awareness to question things that seem to good to be true.
It can even be counterproductive and dangerous to prefer pseudo therapy over conventional medicine.
