Not indicating that the content you post including copy/pasted text, translations, spun, or re-written articles are not your original work could be seen as plagiarism.
These are some tips on how to share content and add value:
- Using a few sentences from your source in “quotes.” Use HTML tags or markdown ">" before the quote.
- Linking to your exact sources.
- Include your own original thoughts and ideas on what you have shared.
- The quotes should not cover more than 50% of the whole post. At least 50% of the content should be original.
Repeated plagiarized posts are considered spam. Spam is discouraged by the community, and may result in action from the cheetah bot.

In fact, I searched for 'benefits of banana' and it shocked me further to see the similarity of content in so many articles even you can check that too.
I think these other articles on the internet took their content from the textbooks that I learned from as well. That is the best explanation I have at the moment. If you still feel like I'm at fault and that the content is too similar to these other articles, I won't mind the flag. I'll keep producing original content like i always have. :) @steemcleaners I'm a pharmacist and the article that I have written here is from my memory what I learned in class. I too am shocked to see that what I wrote here is so similar to this other article.
