Today, 10th October marked as a "World Mental Health Day"(WMHD). This year WMHD slogan is "Mental health in the workplace".Generally, We are spending more time on the workplace. Therefore, a Positive working environment is very important. Negative Working environment reduces productivity, negatively affects mental health.

Mental health problem costs about US$ 1 trillion in the global economies (recent WHO study). Most common form of mental disorder is depression and anxiety. More than 300 million people suffer from a different form of depression.
