The stinking rose
I have known the herb Garlic for a while to be an effective medicinal supplement that could be consumed and guaranteed to provide quite a lot of health benefits. It is known as the “stinking rose” because of its undeniably fragrant pungency which makes it blend perfectly into certain types of dishes such as the Italian, Asian and Indian meals. It is related to the onion family and has a bulbous root with it containing a chemical compound allicin which is known to be a wonderful therapeutic ingredient.
Garlic, which is known to be a natural antibiotic that provides a wide range of health and medicinal benefits was recently confirmed by modern science with its medicinal value best unlocked when it’s consumed raw, I know some of you dread the after smell it gives your mouth after it’s consumption but to avoid this, you could as well dice it and swallow it with a glass of water, just exactly the same way you swallow your traditional drugs.
I never believed the enormous advantages of consuming the garlic possessed even though my parents always stressed that I should try consuming it more often until I did some reading and became amazed. There were some health challenges I had experienced that I could have easily eliminated with this little bulbous herb. Tried it and sincerely, It actually did work in treating the related health challenge I had at that time.

Anything titled stinking rose doesn’t really seem healthy until you take a closer look 😂😂.
But my father has this and it relieves him of his acne and improves digestive system and nourish his stomach by helping him pas stool much better.
But not much of an improvement on the hair side, don’t get me wrong the mans still handsome 😅.
But he usually has liquid garlic so it’s easier to swallow than the actual garlic.
Okay, that's good...he could also make use of the grinded garlic powder too. it makes it easier to be added into meals :)
