Hellooooo! Beautiful gods and goddesses! I am on day 6 of my consistent Yoga journey! I have been experiencing much flexibility and I feel more connected to my inner body. I am experiencing more synchronicity in my life as well, I have no physical proof that allows me to show you how Yoga is connected to this, but spiritually I trust my intuition enough to know yoga is connected to me having more synchronicity in my life. Practicing yoga is creating less stress, less worry, less overthinking, and less anxiety. I believe because yoga is allowing me to feel more connected to my body allowing me to not be stressed out thus allowing great opportunities and synchronicity to be experienced in my everyday life.
As I am typing this up, My morning and early afternoon has been fantastically amazing! I am filled with light and energy! I practiced yoga for an hour at 9 this morning before my drive to Decatur to attend my palm reading appointment! I was nervous to get my palm read, but I wasn't skeptical. I am only skeptical when I feel like there is something not truthfully right, but for this palm reading I resonated with the messages and felt very good to hear and learn more about myself. I have experienced a couple spiritual services such as tarot card readings, energy healers, and now a palm reading! I have only had one spiritual person that I did not fully resonate with but it was never a false reading just maybe some negative intentions after I started to babysit for her, This happened two years ago. I hold nothing against this woman just love and thankful she helped me out to the best of her ability, I was the one who needed to learn not to fully trust every spiritual teacher I meet, that is a lesson I learned and I am proud of myself! I enjoy these services because I believe in the divine powers each of us have. I believe I am a healer just not fully tapped in, I am a humble student, An observant servant still learning and cultivating and watering my spiritual energetic healing powers within.
Okay, back to my yoga journey, I got a little carried away expressing myself to you. haha SO, day 6 has me feeling good and more flexible. I also cycle to yoga class every morning! SO with me moving more, and then stretching out more through yoga practice... man. My body loooooovesss me! haha During the yoga classes, the teacher always allows us to enter into a meditative state at the end of every practice. This has been maximizing the results of feeling more connected to my body! Meditation is important because I have learned that it allows me to reduce resistance of negative thoughts. It is not good to control thoughts in the mind. The purpose of meditation is to observe the thoughts in our minds by not judging them or resisting them. Resisting thoughts makes your mind race even more, so just practicing observing the thoughts and allowing them to be there will slowly ease the mind and reduce overthinking significantly!
** GOLD NUGGET**Do not try to control your thoughts, but observe your thoughts!!
