Are you experiencing gluten sensitivities? Gluten allergy? Or have you ever wondered just because gluten doesn't effect me will it eventually or is it still harming my body?
I have always questioned the third question listed above. I don't recall ever having an allergic or sensitive reaction when I ate gluten foods. I maybe was not aware of it and I actually did experience symptoms but I was so blind to it.
What is Gluten?
It is a general name for storage proteins (Prolamins) in wheat, rye, barley, spelt, and sorghum.
Kids who are eating a high amount of gluten products develop delayed speech. Failure to thrive. Delayed growth and short stature. Delayed puberty. Dental enamel abnormalities. Irritability. Behavioral changes. Concentration problems.
Grains are being mechanically mass produced with a much higher percent of gluten.. Next time you go to the store read the ingredients and see what items you would normally shop for then check how much gluten you are actually having in your diet. They add unnecessary gluten to many processed foods. Even then, companies don't always label the truth on their products. Below is a list of grains that have gluten.

I went off gluten a while back and my psoriasis has started to get better! It can take up to 2 years to go away completely, and I'm hoping it does. My doctor told me it was an incurable autoimmune disease, lifelong, and prescribed me topical solutions to help. Instead I did my own research and found it's ties with gluten. I'd rather focus on what's causing it, not just treat the symptom!
Yeah, I am glad you are healing yourself. I know for a fact you will erase your psoriasis, just keep doing what you are doing! taking your own health into your hands is the best way to cure anything. I am happy you shared this with me! :) Much love! And keep up your awesome journey within :)
