Hello. I am making today's post as a submission to the steemit health challenge contest. I will be showing you guys my healthy desert recipe. It is no news that old-school chocolate chip cookies are full of unhealthy fats, but I will show you a way to make and enjoy gluten-free cookies that are fully healthy, devoid of unhealthy fats, and yet as appetizing and delicious as your regular cookies.

I am personally obsessed with eating healthy food. I feel the best when I don’t eat sugar. I decided to take soy milk along with the cookies as opposed to regular milk because soy milk is natural, healthy and has less sugar than cow milk.

The desert I will be making today is my healthy chocolate chip cookies desert, taken with a drink of soy milk(Because soy milk has lesser sugar than regular milk).

This healthy chocolate chip cookie desert has the following health benefits:

  • They are a quick source of carbohydrate
  • Since they are made of whole rice flour, they are rich in B-complex and dietary fiber
  • Contain no sugar
  • Contain no butter hence cholesterol
  • Dark chocolate helps fight inflammation in the body.
  • The cookie is made with whole rice grain flour which helps to lower blood pressure.

This looks really yummy.

Yah, thanks 😊

It looks great! Thanks for the recipe, I want to try it, but not sure what is that brown powder?
On the photo, there are two white powders, which are brown rice flour and coconut flower, what is brown powder that you put after cocnut flour but before baking powder?
