8,000 steps per day (minimum!)

I've been enjoying this book on movement. Something we take for granted but given our increasing sedentary style of living these days, it's something we need to be massively aware and conscious of.

I know that I spend way too long sitting. Typically staring at a screen.

That can't be good.

And guess what, it's not!

As this book well and truly spells out! 😂

One point that I'm trying to follow from the book is a minimum of 8,000 steps a day. Everyone hears about the 10k step target but apparently this is ideal.

8k is a necessity...

I set an alarm (Pomodoro) for every 25 mins at work and get up as soon as it pings. And then walk around.

Got to stick to this new habit. Future me will be grateful I've no doubt...

A walk is very important for us and we all should go daily for our health.
