Blood Pressure is it a Myth

in #health7 years ago

Every time I go to a Hospital or the Doctors Surgery, they test my blood pressure.

Okay so I think this may be important to my wellbeing and my future treatment.

I always get the situation where the health professional says "Oh its high today, Sit down for a while and I will test it again."

Now I begin to think that the result will be fixed, is this person just trying to get my blood pressure down to keep things simple.

After a few tests the blood pressure is recorded on my file.

I often ask, if its high, then why is no one doing anything about it.

The answer comes back as well it's always higher when you are in front of a Doctor or Nurse.

I ask the question, So What Is The Point !!!

I now take my own blood pressure at home, and yes it is lower when I test at home, so now I test for a few days before any
health appointment and it saves the ridiculous procedure of test after test,

Blood Pressures change every second, and I have since found that resting blood pressure is what they are looking for, so like me, if you wish to get your health record correctly updated, then purchase your own Blood Pressure Monitor, and test for 3 day's 3 times a day before any health appointment.

Blood Pressure monitors are very low cost, and please remember you do not need the expensive flashy one's for a simple test.
