I try to stick to the 8 hours a day for eating also. Drinking bulletproof coffee in the mornings helps to stretch out the non eating period longer. It is much easier to think clearly in the mornings when I haven’t eaten.
So many people who ar tired after meals are either eating the wrong things of combining the wrong foods. A meal should energize you.

Keep in mind that milk and I think even sugar is considered as being food. I try to get my coffees without any of them in the mornings but they taste like shit, so I think I'll just skip the coffee for now. Good luck. :)
