I try to differ regarding the importance of a protein rich meal, you can easily overdo it, load the kidneys with acid, increase the risk for stone formation, decrease your calcium balance, and risk bone loss. Saturday is also a rest day from my ashtanga practice, so the morning is a good time to free your mind and do some healthy shopping.
