Technique can help those who have either back pain or anterior pelvic tilt. There are exercises for correcting Anterior Pelvic Tilt but sleeping habit should be adjust accordingly. Tight pectoral muscles and light glutes are indication of interior pelvic tilt .
If a person sleeps with this condition he will not be able to sleep without some kind of feelings of pain in the back. Muscles does not relax if he will try to sleep in the normal position.
Either you sleep with your face down or face up in both condition your back will have a tilt. The solution is very simple, you just need to put a blanket under your calf muscles of your leg in this way even if you have tight quads your knee will be lifted up and your back will be in line with your hips.
