Halo! Apa kabar sahabat Steemian semua…? Pada malam hari ini saya tidak akan memposting tentang game melainkan tentang kesehatan. Yuk simak postingan dibawah ini!

Air minum adalah air yang digunakan untuk konsumsi manusia. Banyaknya air yang dibutuhkan tubuh manusia memang tergantung dari berat badan, aktivitas, dan iklim tempat tinggal. Selain minum air sepanjang hari, ada alasan kenapa air putih juga harus dikonsumsi sebelum tidur. Berikut ini manfaat dari minum air putih sebelum tidur. Diantaranya sebagai berikut;

o Melawan Penyakit

Segelas air putih yang diminum sebelum tidur mampu menurunkan risiko penyakit dan infeksi. Sebab air mengusir racun yang menjadi penyebab penyakit.

o Memberi Energi

Ketika bangun, Tubuh akan lebih berenergi jika di malam hari air putih dikonsumsi dalam jumlah tepat. Sebab air juga berperan dalam membentuk otot, membakar lemak, dan menjaga suhu tubuh ketika tidur.

o Kesehatan Organ

Secara khusus, minum air sebelum tidur mampu menjaga kelembapan kulit. Sementara bagi kesehatan organ dalam, minum air berfungsi untuk mencegah batu ginjal, melembapkan persendian, dan membuat tidur lebih nyenyak.

Itulah alasan pentingnya kenapa air putih harus diminum sebelum tidur. Sayangnya, Banyak orang sering terbangun tengah malam dan mengalami gangguan tidur akibat terlalu haus karena malas minum sebelum tidur. Sekian postingan dari saya.
