Sorry for being so late in my post as i was busy in my some other commitments of life.So today i have choosed the topic of Aloe vera,let us know the use and benefits of aloe vera.
Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is a steemless plant which grows only 60 to 100 cm.Aloe vera leaves are thick and fleshy and dark green in colour.It grows wild in tropical climate around the world and and it is cultivated mostly for the uses of agriculture and medicinal.It is also grown for decorative purpose thats why it is also called potted plant.It requires very low water or very low rainfall to grow thats why it is found mostly in dry or deserted region or area.
Uses of Aloe Vera
In research Aloe Vera is found to be very benificial for human beings and shown many positive results in human body thus Aloe Vera is found in many products such as beverages and juice,cosmetic products like skin lotion,anti ageing creams,fairness creams,etc.Aloe Vera is also beneficial for human hearts and lungs and eyes thts why it is also used in making many medicines.Aloe vera is good for hairs thts why it is also used in many hairfall and dandruff shampoo and conditioners.Research have shown that aloe vera is good for weight loss as a result aloe vera is also used in many weight loss juices and drinks or powder or supplements.
Benefits of Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is very very important and mostly used in getting healthy and glowing skin,Use of aloe very gel on face and drinking aloe vera juice daily gives you spotless and glowing skin.
Aloe Vera is used in Minor burns and cuts as it has anti flamatory properties which cures the wounds as soon as possible and leaves no marks of burn or cuts on skin.
Many medicines of hearts,lungs contains aloe vera as it has anti oxidant properties which detox the body and flush out harmful dirts and chemicals from the body.
Aloe vera juices have shown very good effects and results on [atirnts suffering from diabeties.So person suffering from diabeties should definitely drink aloe vera juice in the morning to keep there diabeties and sugar level in control.
I certainly have benefited from its use after getting a sunburn. It absolutely soothes the skin and seems to work well in speeding up the healing process.

In my home there are nearly about 7 to 8 plants of aloe vera in which I water them daily .
Only half of the things I know in your blog .
