Eight quick tips to stop smoking

Here are a few quick tips to help you quit the nasty habit. By no means they are exhaustive - plain heuristics. :)

  1. Have adequate sleep.

  2. Switch to a healthy diet.

  3. Drink lots of water

  4. Take it one day at a time.

  5. Take it easy and 'let-go'

  6. Stop procrastinating and kick out fear.

  7. Seek help if you need it.

  8. Track your progress.
