So this is the first day to the daily sit up challenge. In this challenge I must complete 20 sit ups every day. At the end of the challenge I am wanting to start a new challenge so leave your suggestions in the comments. Make sure to upvote, follow and resteem to show your support.

I think I am going to just go with the idea from @grizgal where i just add one situp per day and then after the 30 days I will then do 30 days of pushups and squats.
situp is the least helpful exercise.
if you want to maximize your strength training effect use compound exercises that works the main muscles of the body.
As suggested by @jumowa do pushups, squat and I would add also pull-ups.
And if you want to strengthen your belly do the plank exercise and when it's getting easy for you, go for the extended plank variation (a better exercise than situp)
Like I said to @jumowa I think im gonna just stick to the situp idea and then move on to pushups and squats after this challenge
Try a Plank or Leg Lift Challenge too! I've found it's best to do a few different ab workouts to hit all the muscles.
Sounds like a great idea! At the end of this challenge I will decide which one to do next, this is definitely something I might do though !
