Hi, good luck, I support you in your challenge. I've done something similar last month (didn't post on Steem). I end up doing 200 crunches and slowly my enthusiasm is gone, I am not so active with crunches, I do some other things. but, your challenge is a great reminder, I must go back and continue.

Thanks. I should start, I definitely need crunches in my life, but I am so lazy and preoccupied with other things. This sounds as a really bad excuse, I know.
200 per day is not a lot, ...it rather become boring because of counting.
