Weight loss... its happening

A few months ago life took a nasty turn for me and as often happens I stopped eating and lived on stress for a few weeks. However, as time has passed and things improved I realised that I remember the "old" me and kinda liked the lbs dropping off.
May 1st 2018 I weighed in at 18st 4lb (256lb)

So I began to eat better once I could eat again ... and started exercise again.

By 1st June 2018 I was down to 16st 13lb (237lb)

I bought a treadmill. Only cheap but it does the job. Starting 0.5 km 4 times a day which was over 10 minutes each time.

A month later I manage 1km in just over 10 mins.

I attend clubbercise classes once a week

and have lost around 28lb in 3 months.

Now its getting harder but Im looking forward to the new me looking more like the old, old me.

18 stone plus down to 16 stone

I feel better in myself, and I feel feminine again.

Here's to the next 14lb plus going away 😃
