I think mindfulness is also a great way to bring our consciousness into our physical body instead of having it reside mostly in the mental layer, given the digital age we live in. I find it interesting that we're mostly aware of our physical body when we experienced some kind of pain in it. Nature definitely has its own way of making us not completely lose our roots while incarnating on Earth.

Nature has it's own ways of teaching us lessons of life. We think we can control everything, but there are somethings which are so much beyond our control.
