Is your mattress still durable, you could alternate the position of your mattress.
Treat yourself to whatsoever thing that makes you feel sleepy.
Have a neat and organized bedroom.
You should get your body to do some little exercise during the day.
Be careful about what you eat and rink, when you consume substances that contain caffeine, it makes you stay awake.
Make your environment become one that can guarantee a good rest.
