Cinnamon – Not Just A Fat Burner

Many, if not even everybody of us, loves the scent and taste of cinnamon, especially on Christmas days in winter. Then the gingerbread is everywhere and cinnamon on it.

Two years ago on a regular day, I wanted to do some sports. Said, started and done.
But something was very different. Firstly, I didn't know what exactly wasn't like on every another day. I was heated up unusual high. But why?

So the thinking began and my day was reconstructed by my brain. And suddenly, there it was. The anomaly. I made my coffee before the training and saw cinnamon powder in the kitchen which was lying there for and an unknown amount of time. „Why not upgrade my coffee?“ was the train of thought.

Inquisitive as I am I researched about cinnamon and its effects on the human body and mind.

Cinnamon stimulates the metabolism. Perfect! That's why my body heated up. Furthermore, it reduces the insulin level. Because of the lower levels, your fat cells lose fat and this leads to a weight loss. This two huge aspects just by adding 0.5g – 1g of cinnamon into a cup of coffee? Wow!

I was fascinated and researched further. And I found more nice information!
Cinnamon improves cognitive abilities. Just by smelling the lovely scent of it. Not more not less.
So, when you need to do some maths or thinking, smell on cinnamon. It helps against Alzheimer and was tested inhibitory against cancer!

All in all, cinnamon is a very underestimated product which should be considered on a daily intake.
