For me the most shocking part is how weak the body gets just after one week of break..its like many times i am thinking.. whoa was i strong..WTF..plus the 2 or 3 kg xtra..so gotta keep movin'

Indeed. And the older we get, the more obvious it becomes. So, Ill try not to take 6 months breaks anymore))
