Lol. This is not an atrocity though. Fake breasts are pointless except after Breast cancer and in selected cases. This could genuinely improve quality of life and overall health. The only problem is it might make people look blue!
Breast cancer fake boobs are rather exception to the rule. But I guess even in "healthy" individuals an ego boost is an ego boost and can increase quality of life
