Yoga for a Healthy Lifestyle (Part 1 of 3)

Good day Fellow Steemians!

I wanted to share a recently acquired hobby that I have which started when I joined a yoga tutorial class in the office.

Being a working mom, is not easy and this yoga activity helps me in juggling my chores. It also helps me maintain my inner peace in challenging situations.

I will share some of the yoga poses that I have completed and I am continuing to learn more about this art of yoga.

The photo above is called the Hero Pose.

This next photo is called the Bend Knee Pose.

Being a mom, I am a caretaker of my kids, my husband, and my family so I also need to take of myself. I am still new to this art of yoga and I will continue to learn. I may not be able to memorize all the names of the poses. But I will be sharing more of this relaxing activity in my next posts.
