I have shared in my two previous posts the set of yoga poses that I have completed.
For the final part, I just wanted to share how I am combining this new art that I have learned with my love for nature. I am pretty sure there are yoga enthusiasts who are already doing it, and I called this Nature Yoga.
I am practicing what I have learned in unconventional locations (not in a yoga room) that would be close to nature. As you can see in the above photo, I did the “Warrior I Pose” in a tree house platform among the trees and beside me is an infinity pool. This was in El Nido Palawan, Philippines.
This next photo was taken in South Palms Resort, Panglao Beach, Bohol Philippines.
The photo below was taken in one of the most beautiful beaches in the Philippines recognized all over the world, Boracay Beach.
The art of yoga in itself already brings serenity to me and fusing it with nature and practicing Nature Yoga just put it up notch in terms of relaxation and calmness.
I hope you guys enjoyed my series of posts about this beautiful art and may inner peace be with you all.
Sincerely,
thehappymommy
