RE: "WELL TOMORROW IS MONDAY AND THAT MEANS A NEW DIET" SOMEONE SAID KETO !!

Hi Kevin,

Let me start out with telling you that seeking a dietary correction without seeking the supportive therapy for the addiction will not work. You are a product of your surroundings Kevin. I have been an addict and and addiction counselor and food addiction is the hardest addiction to kick. Unlike other addictive substances, food is something we must have to survive. Because of that, we have to reteach ourselves to be conscious of the products that bring us harm, which includes food. In today's world of processed foods there are so many chemicals specifically selected to stimulate the pleasure center of our brains that eating can be related to heroin.

What you are dealing with is a terrible addiction Kevin and contemporary diets are not the answer. I implore you to consider a plant based whole food lifestyle. This is not something you do overnight and as you are well aware there will be many failures and setbacks along the way. I strongly recommend seeking out a counselor who has dealt with food addictions and a MD that is aware of our western dietary faults.

You stated you also suffer from A-fib? Do you have a pace maker or is this something being controlled with pharmacopoeia? The dangers of this alone are massive and with your current situation you should be seeking all the help you can get.

Here is a list of doctor's that you can start watching on YouTube to give you an idea of what I mean by plant based whole foods. I have been working over the years to try to keep people I know aware of the dangers in our food system. It is a very steep uphill battle. I wish you the best and please contact me if you wish.

I do not have a pace maker, I am on coreg, lisinopril, spironolactone, eliquis, and celebrex. I was also on amiodorone (rat poison) when i first went in to a-fib in 2008 but my hair started falling out. this was the doctor I talked to over the phone but all plant and beans made me have no energy at all.
