Real talk. We are beings of light, that consume light and radiate light. Ancient civilizations worshiped the sun for much deeper knowledge than simply because it grows food. Light is the food, and we consume it directly from the sun, and from the living food we consume that also radiates light which has been measured quantitatively by Fritz Albert Popp's biophoton experiments.
Thank you for pointing out that the skin only burns because it's dry, it's an excellent point. A vast array of people are living in chronic dehydration, partially due to not drinking enough water and consuming dehydrating foods/drinks, but water alone isn't enough and their skin is dry and burns because most people are not consuming raw, living, hydrated foods like the human vehicle is designed to consume. Since I started consuming large quantities of fresh fruit juice, I have noticed a massively decreased sensitivity to sun burning even though I have a very Caucasian complexion and live in Mexico.
