Water, water everywhere - all water is not created equal.

So for the last six months we have been on a journey of discovery, with regards to the water, both which we drink, and bathe in. I personally have always struggled with getting the recommend amount of water into me. I never liked the taste of tap water, even after filtering with the standard charcoal filter! We watched a documentary about tap water, and how it is basically dead, and so full of chemicals, that it isn't all that good for you! Not to mention the fluoride and chlorine, which are both poisons!

Experiments revealed that modern tap water could not produce the beautiful ice crystals when frozen, and that only water from natural sources could make these beautiful structures found in nature as snowflakes. Tap water had no energetic properties, where as natural water, glowed bright with energy. Another experiment showed water exposed to negativity, also fails to produce beautiful crystals, yet water rewarded with positivity does, much like the experiments done with rice and plants! Love your natural water people!

We then watched a documentary about Autism and Dementia and how the two conditions are linked to individuals having too much aluminium in the brain, and how the element Silica can remove the aluminium, allowing normal brain function to return. As I previously mentioned, my youngest daughter, was headed down the tracks to a diagnosis of autism, she was basically non verbal, and had serious concentration issues! How does the aluminium get there? Vaccines, chemicals in our food, water, and environment! Move to the beach, go organic and filter the heck out of your water, that's what we've done! The world governments have made it so that children can't go to school unless they are subjected to an insane amount of vaccines, which are loaded with toxic chemicals, aborted baby cells, and viruses, and, I suspect they cause of many of today's aliments, and conditions. My own youngest daughter was subjected to a barrage of vaccinations, all at once, as she was placed on a catch-up program when we emigrated to Australia. The UK has less vaccines than Australia!! It was after this that she stopped developing, and basically stayed at less than a two year old's level of vocabulary.

We decided to do as the documentary suggested and switched her drinking water to a water rich in silica, the highest is Fiji water at around 98mg per litre. Here in Australia it is $2.60 per litre. Not a cheap option for a family of 5! We also purchased a charcoal filter for the shower. After just 4 days drinking nothing but Fiji water, my daughter started to talk! More and more words flowed from her mouth, her behaviour changed, she was calmer and more focused. Six months on, she still has a little catching up to do, but she is getting there! Hope for her future has returned to our family! If you'd like to try this for yourself, switch out 1-2 litres of drinking water for Fiji water for at least five days, to flush out the aluminium. My daughter, aged 4, drinks around 1- 1.5 litres per day.

We looked into cheaper alternatives for the rest of us. We found a local suppliers for volcanic silica rich water called Cottonwood Springs, from Ballarat, Victoria. It's silica content is 68mgL Currently $12.50 per 10 litres. Still expensive for our family, but the rest of us drank that for around 4 months. Our youngest remains on Fiji water, as we don't want all her progress to be reversed. Recently, we purchased a portable reverse osmosis filter, for $450, and have been adding the silica back in to us in liquid form (Qsilica, $25 per litre), 5-10 mls per day. We add it to our daily vitamin and mineral supplement, called Reliv Now (Our RCN 516104844), just in case you want to give that a try too! We never get sick for more than a day, when we are taking this supplement properly! We have been taking this as a family on and off for the last decade and have remained healthy, so long as we keep up the regime!

After just a couple of weeks showering with charcoal filtered water, (Aquasana $129 from Mywaterfilter.com.au), my athletes foot and dry skin on my upper arms vanished and has not returned. The red rashes on my face, that I got after showering have also gone! The shower filter needs replacing every 6 to 12 months depending on usage. Our skin, hair, nails and teeth are all better with the silica, bonus!!

I will keep you posted on how we get on with the Reverse Osmosis Filter and how my daughter continues with her development.

In my next post, find out what happened when we stopped using toothpaste and sunscreen, and switched to mostly organic food, organic herbal shampoos, organic cleaning products and hand soaps!!

Stay healthy, lots of love,
