Hi everyone!!

My name is Rik, i'm new here but i thought i'd introduce myself here and talk a little bit about what ill be posting on here.

I am a Personal Development/ High Performance Consultant.

I have built my knowledge on Nutrition, Biology, Psychology (Including Spiritual Psychology), Neurology, Neurobiology and Neurolinguistics for close to 2 decades now. (Yes i am obsessed with how us humans work!)

BUT! Here's the thing, i focus on 'Relationships' and most people seem to think "relationship consultants" are just couples therapists, which in a sense is correct, but my focus is on Relationships as a whole.

If you think about it, we have a relationship with almost everything.
Whether it be with yourself (Health/ Self-Esteem/ Mindset), Food (Over weight/ Under weight), friends, partners, family, work friends, colleagues or really almost anything.

My passion is to help people break mindsets or habits which are preventing them from progressing in life and help create new habits and strategies that will push them towards their truly desired direction!

The most rewarding feeling i get, is when my client's brain ticks just a little differently from their usual patterns and tells me "I had no idea thats how i was thinking!" or "All i did was change the one thing you told me and every thing has changed!". The feeling of knowing that i've helped someone break the suffering within their mind that they have carried for so long, is beyond anything i can express!

So what is my intention for this platform?
I thought i'd share my knowledge on how intricate and amazing us humans, you, me and everyone on this world is.

I'll be posting things related to Health & Nutrition, Mind & Consciousness and building better Relationships, whicgh i've learn't from personal experience and have observed in others.
