Great tips! I feel like a little bit of exercise combined with meditation is really good for your general health. That way you stay fit and your mental health is also good - meditation has so many health benefits! I also only knew about nuts that are supposed to be good for your brain, but I didn't know that there are so many other foods that help. Thank you for sharing all the information with us! :)
