1- Blanched spinach - 1/2 cup
2- thick curd -1, 1/2 cup
3- salt - according to taste
4- Green Chilies (Chopped) - 1/2 Tablespoons
5- Sugar - 1/4 spoon
6 black pepper (fresh hog) -2 pinch
Method
Boil the spinach and boil for five minutes in hot water and then immediately put in cold water. It's called blanch. Grind spinach. Now mix yogurt, salt, green chilli, sugar, black pepper powder well. Put it in the fridge for 30 minutes and let it cool with rice or bread.
