Here i am going to explain some healthy tips with examples from daily life:
wake up early morning:

Wake up early morning will make you healthy like if you wake up early in the morning and go for a morning walk and get fresh air which will make your lungs work good for long time As we know that these day most of the people are smokers and they are not having fresh Air for their good Health and another problem is the increase in traffic and industries which make the whole environment polluted.So no one can get fresh healthy ear other than morning time Whole night the fresh Air took Away All the Pollution.
Running is good for health So when you run in the morning time You will be rewarded with two benefits Fresh air and running will give us weight loss and fit body parts.
Special Breakfast:

If most of the country people just take some juice with fruits in break fast , Some countries people taking tea with some food stuff, Some countries people use to take coffee.
But as much as i know and i have experience that we should eat Two Boil eggs in our break fast so it will give our body the required protein which help us to keep fit and we will not feel hunger during day time.
Walk Mostly:
When you are not walking from local places like in your office you set all day long you will have less problem starts soon and if you walk every where like in local area do not use your car or other stuff which make you lazy,Like these days people are saying that they do not have time to walk from one home to his friend home but in my opinion if your health effect nothing is important than some one health.So do not compromise on health.
Balance Diet:

When every you interested to go out side and you want to eat so please be sure what doctor advise you and also your body requirement do not try to over load your self which will damage your body in any way. Some people are required to eat food or any thing every 4 hours otherwise they are getting some stomach pain for those people it is really required to have some thing light which will remove there hunger also will help them achieve good health.
This is also my usual routine. Wake up early, workout, heavy nutritious breakfast. I was not always like this, but I feel a lot better since I started to do this for myself.
