What's your view on Health Day? World Health Day is a day celebrated all over the world. It's a day when we appreciate the benefit of being healthy, what does being healthy mean to you? Being healthy doesn't always have to be physical health or an absence of disease. So World Health Day is celebrated all over the world so that we can appreciate our health. Being healthy is not just about not having diseases or looking physically strong being held existed of being mentally emotionally physically and psychologically sound a lot of people may be physical but they are not healthy because they are plagued by emotional illness. One could also look physically sound but not psychologically sound. Health is the total well-being of an individual. You shouldn't joke with your health in any way because hospital bills are expensive nowadays especially if one doesn't have a health insurance.
Alot of people have the misunderstanding that just exercising alone makes one to be healthy but as much as that's true, eating good food and engaging in social activities help out to be healthy. There are conditions in which an individual may be suffering from Depression, anxiety and PTSD, OCD but they would still be able to exercise, eat and go about some of their activities but in their social life, they are not healthy.
